Email is the best way to contact the lawyers as they will most likely see the messages sooner than with a phone message. This does not guarantee that they will be able to respond immediately, but several messages to them will be the most effective. You can also call the office and leave a message with the receptionist.
We close Monday through Thursday at 5:00pm. On Fridays, we close at noon. Also, anytime the courts are closed, so are we. This includes all federal holidays and inclement weather.
A lot of mediations take place in the basement of Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR), located at 270 S Tejon St Colorado Springs, CO 80903. There are exceptions, such as a private mediation which is scheduled through an attorney’s office, and has to be specifically requested.
We offer a military and first responder discount, and we thank you for your service in advance. Please contact our office for more details on the discount.
We have a drop box that is located around the corner of our main door on the Uintah side of the building. You can see the slot in the picture above, directly next to the door pictured. Please call the front office for in depth direction, if you need it.
Voicemails are diligently checked every Monday morning and are often quickly responded to. We strive to get back to you as soon as possible, to minimize any stress the delay would cause.
Retainers are determined during the consultation with the lawyer, as every case is different and unique.
We currently have three dogs in our office, though they aren’t always here at the same time. All of the pups are friendly and here to bring smiles and comfort during the difficult times most clients are experiencing. We love having dogs in the office to help reduce stress, maintain a happy environment, and it gives us an excuse to take a breather now and then.
Our fax number is 719-372-5744
There will always be at least one person to answer the phone during the lunch hour. If you are planning to stop by however, give us a ring so we can make arrangements with you directly.
We have a paved parking lot that is adjacent to our building. (Which is free for our customers!)
We have several notaries in the office.
We accept credit card over the phone, or you can bring it into the office if you’re near by. Checks and Cash are always accepted, but we ask that you bring cash into the office. Checks can be mailed or dropped off. If we have sent you an invoice, you can click on the link to pay. Our online portal offers a payment option for active clients who have set up an account. Ask your attorney about the client portal if you would like to be set up with an account.
